After lowering inframammary fold, will my implants drop into place? (photo)

I am just 24 hours out of surgery (BA using 705cc UHP silicone subglandular implants). My surgeon had to lower my fold as I had a relatively short nipple to crease distance (7cm). At the moment my breasts look weird which I did expect due to swelling & having them sitting high, but I have no lower pole fullness, it's just sloped. My surgeon has a very good reputation - I just wanted some reassurance that I can expect my implant to "drop" & stretch this area out over the next few months?
