I am post op 3 weeks vsg. I ad pain on my largest incision sight but it is almost gone now. I had two bites of pizza yesterday

It was just a moment of weakness for me. Had a tiny two bite slice but I feel fine. It filled me up but I instantly regretted it. I should be ok right??

You'll be fine.  Try to stick to the right kinds of foods though.  In order to be successful long term, it's all about sticking to healthy diet selections and EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE.

When you're craving pizza, try a healthy version of pizza- flat bread instead of crust, low fat cheese, light pizza sauce with turkey sausage instead of regular sausage.  You can satisfy your craving and still be healthy.

Some incisional pain after surgery is expected, but please discuss it with your surgeon especially if it is getting worse or just not improving.Pizza is generally not recommended 3 weeks after Bariatric surgery, or generally with most post-op diets for weight loss surgery.  Weight loss surgery is a tool for you to improve your eating habits and adopt a healthy, well balanced diet.
