The problem is not the sleeve, your sleeve is still probably working fine.  The problem is as you said it, you are over eating from stress.  you do not need to be re-sleeved, you need to change dietary habits.  You need to choose healthier foods to eat and start an exercise program that in addition to helping you lose weight, may help deal with stress better.  Consult with a dietician, and ask your doctor to prescribed appetite suppressant.  Another sleeve is not the answer.
