I had jaw line, cheekbone reduction, rhinoplasty, chin graft along with accusculpt laser lipo on my cheeks in April 2018. I'm concerned that my face still looks kind of saggy and droopy on the sides of my cheeks and on the centre. I did have a seroma on the right side of my cheek which has now thankfully gone but I'm still worried about the saggy skin, is this just due to swelling, or is this the final result, does this mean I need a face lift?

Patients who would like to achieve a thin and chiseled, V-shape facial look could benefit from buccal fat removal, specially if they have a normal body weight.
