I know that a high INR has a bleeding risk. Ok. But i also know that bridgin has given many people strokes.. I'm 40 on warfarin for life. I had a lipoma surgical removal, wisdom tooth removal, tattoos, botox and fillers all on warfarin but INR of 2. The best plastic surgeon here tells me its ok to do a small facelift, breast implants and a skinny BBL on warfarin if my INR is 2 and im awake. This has been done before (facelift). I'd rather bleed than have a stroke. What are the real management risks?tks
