23 Y/O male with deep tear through lines that go below cheekbone level. What are possible treatments? (Photo)

I have these weird tear throughs that don't seem to be too frequent in people my age (23 Male). They extend very far from the eye. going almost below the cheekbone. I've looked at older pictures and they've been here since I was 19, although less pronounced. I have two questions: 1) Why does this happen? 2) What are possible treatments for it?
