After having a SMAS face lift I’ve got some nerve damage. I am 26 days post op. When to see a specialist? (photo)

Nerve recovery as in a temporary paresis  is commoner than after an injury such as a palsy,  is usually temporary but can take up to 6 months. I would take photographs every week or so (not more often) to document an improvement as you cannot tell on a daily basis. If there really hasn't  been any improvement then see a specialist at that stage.
