Today (day 8) I started working the scabs off with baby shampoo, doing gentle circular movements with my fingertips. I started picking some loose scabs and blood scabs. A large number of scabs came off with no effort (i didn't need to pull them). Some of them came with hair on, but I suppose this is normal. That said, a couple of them came with that little black ball in the end. Is that a lost graft? I mean, they came off with almost no effort. Were they already lost?
