I had lipo360 in 2019, i knew my stomach was botched as soon as I saw it. The surgeon said it’s just swollen. I had the deep crease, my stomach was uneven etc. I had lipo a second time at an attempt to fix it, which made it worse. I was told i’m not a candidate for a tummy tuck, i don’t have enough skin and i can’t really grab it. My stomach is hard as well. I’ve been researching doctors but i don’t know what procedure is needed.

Liposuction 360 is a surgery that involves a large area of you body being treated (elevating the risk for DVT), hence, we usually prescribe a drug to prevent DVP. Combined hormones elevate the risk for DVP as well, so they should be stopped 1 month before surgery and use an alternative method...
You will need an abdominoplasty without skin resection. The abdominoplasty will separate your skin from the underlying fascia and will smooth out some of the irregularities.

Liposuction under local with Iv sedation and bodytite/Morpheus would make a huge improvement and prevent you from needing a thigh tuck. Cost is roughly $10,000 for quality work and you are back to work in 2 days.
