Which procedure would correct creasing, hard and uneven stomach? 5 years post op (photos)

Firstly, I am sorry that this happened to you. Based on only photos, it is difficult to say if you are a candidate for other variations of a tummy tuck (ex: mini abdominoplasty, reverse abdominoplasty).
This requires a physical examination.
In addition, revision liposuction is a difficult problem to correct. There are techniques using specific technology/devices that can assist in breaking up some of the underlying fibrosis (scar tissue).

My recommendation is that you see a trained plastic surgeon who has experiences in revision surgery to discuss your options, goals, and expectations.

The truth is, the liposuction may not have been the reason for the poor result! I think the reason is that liposuction wasn't the right surgery for you. When you have loose skin, liposuction just makes it worse. When your skin tone is borderline, and you have a lot of fat to be removed, lipo will make it worse. In my opinion, it was just the wrong surgery. You are definitely a good candidate for a Tummy Tuck. That is the only thing that will make this situation better.

Your best option to correct this would be abdominoplasty. You should have enough skin, but even if you didn't, it would just mean leaving a small vertical scar in the midline where the belly button skin is closed that connects with the lower hip bone to hip bone incision. It would be about 1-2 inches in length.
