Rhinoplasty - my Skin is Growing over a Suture and is Lumpy - Will It Scar Badly?

Question

Skin around suture is getting lumpy and bumpy. Realised that the skin is growing around a suture and I am very very concerned the lump will stay there when I have the sutures removed.

Without a photo it will be difficult to provide you with an accurate answer to your concern. However, in some cases skin can react by becoming somewhat inflamed and "lumpy" in the area where the sutures enter the skin.
