Recently I've been noticing that me right is looks different than my left idk what it can be because it wasn't always like this i barley starting noticing it this year. My right eye looks like it point higher than my left eye and there's more white underneath my right eye

Strabismus refers to lack of alignment of the visual images on the retina.  Most commonly this are from early in life and are treated to minimize the risk of developing amblyopia or lazy eye.  Acquired strabismus in adults is associated with double vision and is very annoying and obvious.  The amount of white under the eye related to the relative position of the eyelid and the relative position of the eyelids and does not imply the presence of strabismus.  If you have further concerns, I recommend you consult a fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon. Your photos indicate that you may have mild lower eyelid retraction [white showing underneath your cornea-"scleral show"].Strabismus alludes to misalignment of the eyes, or "crossed eyes", which your photos don't show.

Stabismus is a misalignment of the eyes so that they no longer move and work together to see.  The white you see under the eye is due to an eyelid malposition.  This can be surgically corrected.  You should be evaluated by an oculoplastic surgeon to see what is the cause of this recent change.  he or she will then give you options to correct it.  Good Luck.
