Which brow lift procedure addresses fat deposits in the forehead?

Hairline (Trichophytic) brow lift is the best option to maintain, or even lower your hairline. Endoscopic brow lifts will certainly lift the hairline, that is if the plan is to actually lift the brows.
Although I used do most of my brow lifts endoscopically 15 years ago, I now perform 95% of my brow lifts via a hairline brow lift for this reason.
The fat irregularity is a different problem. It really does depend in which layer of the forehead the fat was deposited. An open approach (hairline) would actually provide much better exposure than an endoscopic approach, so you don't need 2 brow lifts. The main question is will the treatment be worse than the problem.
