I know extractions can make some of my pores "appear" smaller, but is it possible that keeping the pores empty before and immediately after the procedure will allow them to shrink more than they would have otherwise? Have you seen better results of "texture" resurfacing in patients who regularly get extractions? I don't normally get extractions done because some of my pores are so big that they look worse when they're empty, but I'll do it anyway if there's any chance it'll improve results.
