Male, 19 - Do I have Ptosis? (Photos)

Im a male 19 years old. my left eyebrow is higher than my right and people say i have a lazy eye. I don’t know if this is due to ptosis or another condition. I’ve had this assymetry since I was a kid. My left eye is -2.75 and right is -4. Please help me.
