Scrotectomy - MTF transgender on hormones and would like excess skin removed. Advice? (photo)

I am MTF transgender on hormones for 12+ years and have had an Orchiectomy 10 ish years ago and would like the excess skin removed. I would like the scar to match the original closure line of my genitals. I am 47 5"6" and 140 pounds non smoker. Would like to put the surgery on my CareCredit card if possible.
