Scrotal Lift Q&A

I had Orchiopexy at 6 years old and I am wondering if it would be possible for me now being 23 to get a Scrotal Lift or Scrotoplasty in general?

I am MTF transgender on hormones for 12+ years and have had an Orchiectomy 10 ish years ago and would like the excess skin removed. I would like the scar to match the original closure line of my genitals. I am 47 56 and 140 pounds non smoker. Would like to put the surgery on my CareCredit card if possible.

Can you make a scrotum wider by surgically adding skin to it?
