I have 2.5 year old polytech polyurethane implants- should I get them removed?

Dear Hells1302,Hello and thank you for your excellent question. The decision to remove your implants is a personal one. That being said, if you are worried about health risks associated with the polyurethane implants, then certainly removal is a good option.  You should be evaluated for a No-Vertical-Scar, No-Implant breast lift technique to be performed after your implant removal.  Some people refer to this as the Bellesoma Breast Lift technique.
