Hello I would like to ask Is it possible to remove implants thru the areola (4 years 250ml implants under muscle)? and without lift

The best incision for a straight forward removal of implants is the previous incision that was used to put them in.  If your scar is around the areola then this should be a good approach.  I agree that you do not need a lift too.  If you have saline implants then it is possible to also remove the fluid prior to removing the implant shell.  Discuss all of your options with your surgeon.  All the best

If you are not removing your capsules and your implants were placed through a periareola incision you can use this same incision to have the implants removed.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
