The best incision for a straight forward removal of implants is the previous incision that was used to put them in.  If your scar is around the areola then this should be a good approach.  I agree that you do not need a lift too.  If you have saline implants then it is possible to also remove the fluid prior to removing the implant shell.  Discuss all of your options with your surgeon.  All the best
