The best incision for a straight forward removal of implants is the previous incision that was used to put them in. If your scar is around the areola then this should be a good approach. I agree that you do not need a lift too. If you have saline implants then it is possible to also remove the fluid prior to removing the implant shell. Discuss all of your options with your surgeon.
