Surgical glue embedded, causing redness on my incision line. Will it come off on it's own? (Photo)

I am 4 weeks post op and I have a section of glue that looks like its embedded in causing redness on my breast incision line. Anyone heard similar or how/when it will come off as I think the scar cant fully close until it is removed. Ps im in United Kingdom
