What can I do to correct my uneven breast & downward facing nipples? (photos)

This is an excellent example of grade 3 skin laxity that will require a breast lift and reduction to regain symmetry. This will require an anchor scar. Make sure that you review these incisions with your plastic surgeon. Review photos of lifts and reductions before under going procedure.

Based on your photos and desires I would recommend a breast lift with a small reduction to the bigger breast. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. 

Based on these photographs you appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift operation with a reduction of the larger side.

Hello,Thank you for the question and photos. It does appear that you could benefit from a breast lift which would reposition your nipples. You may want to discuss mildly increasing the size and upper fullness of the breasts with implants as well, taking into account the volume difference in each side. Since some breast lift procedures require your surgeon to cut the milk ducts while repositioning the breasts, the surgery can have a negative impact on breastfeeding. However, the risk is minimal. I would urge you to discuss this issue with your Plastic Surgeon during the consultation if breastfeeding is a concern for you. All the best!

your breasts and get them closer to your ideal. It would require external scars,
and the areolas would be reduced at the same time. A small amount of breast
tissue can be removed at the same time from the larger breast in order to
achieve better symmetry. If breastfeeding is important to you, then you should
wait to have the procedures until you are finished breastfeeding. There is no
guarantee that you will be able to breastfeed after the surgical procedures.

I believe the best option for you would be to undergo a breast lift and, since you state that you like the size of the larger breast, to augment the smaller side. Since the size difference isn't very great, this augmentation can be done with either a very small implant or your own fat.While the vast majority of women will be able to breast feed after this procedure , there is no guarantee that you will.Of course, the pros and cons of your own situation are best discussed at the time of your consultation with a Plastic Surgeon.I hope this answer helps you.
