I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. J-plasma is a skin tightening procedure. While I do not have experience with this device, I do not believe it would work for nasolabial folds. Fillers are my go to treatment for nasolabial folds.

Hello and thank you for your question. Hyluronidase is the only product injected to remove unwanted filler. It is an enzyme that absorbs the hyluronic acid. I haven't heard of using kenalog to remove it. I use kenalog to soften and flatten post surgical thick scars.
