If your face burns after microneedling what should you do?

I had microneedling procedure 3 data ago, and my chin is burning. I have been using Cetaphil face wash, Jan Marini exfoliating face wash, Cerave hydralauric acid serum, and Rock 5 in 1 daily moisturizer. Am I over doing it?

I recommend following up with your practitioner about after care. You may have some redness which is due to the histamine release.  I find adding PRP decreases redness more quickly and we like to do microneedling with lasers to get better outcomes.  Best, Dr. Emer

It is not common to be burning after day 3 of your microneedling treatment. I would recommend following up with your provider to determine their post care instructions and when to return to your daily skin care regimen. 
We strongly recommend adding PRP to all microneedling treatments to speed up the healing process and improving the results.
