Can a bridge attach to a dental implant? Will I need another graft and implant?

I had my first molar pulled and a bone graft done. Unfortunately, the next bicuspid was broken in a car accident. Can I get a bridge from the implant to cuspid (I only have one bicuspid, the other was pulled when i was a teenager and had braces), or can the molar and bicuspid go onto one implant? Or will i need another graft and implant?

Adjusting a crown on an implant can be done quite safely. Risk to the underlying implant would be minimal.
