Do I have posterior bite collapse? One braces consult made my case out to be extreme and told me I have lost “significan” height in my face. Four others didn’t agree at all. My X-rays however show vertical height loss. Tooth wear/grinding has been ruled out. I am missing upper premolars, upper left 2nd molar (congenitally) and lower 2nd molar had to be extracted 7 years ago due to super eruption/wisdom tooth. What’s going on here? And can I get implants/braces/surgery to fix height loss?
