A piece is missing from my lips after implant removal, can it be fixed? (photo)

Following an initial lip scar left behind from implant removal, to remove the white scar, a biolaze laser ( erbium for soft tissue) was used. Now i have a piece missing. I am ready to travel anywhere if i find a surgeon that will do reconstructive work. Thanks
