About 13 years ago I was attacked with a razor blade. I immediately cleaned the wound with soap and water. However, I still landed in the ER with a bottom lip about 7x the original size. I was told with antibiotics, rest & proper cleaning it would go back to its normal size. A few years later a dermatologist confirmed it was scar tissue & referred me to a plastic surgeon. He did one steroid injection & said it would be fine. Well, it’s still there. Can anything be done about this?
