The way BBL works is through the liposuction of fat, typically from the abdomen and flanks, then transferred to the buttocks and sometimes upper thigh region based upon the result you desire to achieve. The doctor will contour you by carefully placing the fat injections to "mold" your buttocks into the desired shape but there is no "molding" done to the fat that has been harvested.It's best to have a thorough in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss all of your treatment options.
