Transexual 4 months post implants. My breasts look bad. Can you give me advice and opinions on what's happening? (Photo)

Hi Natalia,Thanks for the post and the photos. Based on the photos there does appear to be some over-settling of the implants. The distance from the nipple to the incision is very long and makes the nipples appear high. These can be corrected but will need another surgery. The pocket on both sides need to be corrected to allow the implants to be centered on your breast. If size is an issue and you wish to be fuller, switching from an 870/890cc moderate saline to an 800cc high profile silicone will not achieve this for the following reasons:1. You would be going smaller in volume2. Silicone tends to look smaller than the same volume saline3. Given the width of your chest, a high profile implant will likely be too narrow. I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. It is likely, based on your photographs and concerns, that revisionary breast surgery will be helpful. This operation will likely involve adjustment of the breast implant pockets (capsulorraphy) along with breast re augmentation surgery. Exactly what  type/size/profile of breast implant should be utilized will depend on your goals, which should be communicated very carefully. For example, I would be concerned that given your current volume, that you will be displeased with the size achieved with 800 mL silicone breast implants.
