One breast is starting to bottom out it looks like. My doctor said that he could not put my breast any closer together or higher up WHY? When I sit back/lay down my breast go into my armpit. I have 870cc & 890cc moderate profile saline implants under the muscle. Is it possible for Me to get 800cc silicone high profile and not far apart? even though I have a wide chest/ broad shoulders. I'm 6 feet tall/weigh 260lbs. Advice on what I should have done & implant style for my situation?

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. It is likely, based on your photographs and concerns, that revisionary breast surgery will be helpful. This operation will likely involve adjustment of the breast implant pockets (capsulorraphy) along with breast re augmentation surgery. Exactly what  type/size/profile of breast implant should be utilized will depend on your goals, which should be communicated very carefully. For example, I would be concerned that given your current volume, that you will be displeased with the size achieved with 800 mL silicone breast implants. Hi Natalia,Thanks for the post and the photos. Based on the photos there does appear to be some over-settling of the implants. The distance from the nipple to the incision is very long and makes the nipples appear high. These can be corrected but will need another surgery. The pocket on both sides need to be corrected to allow the implants to be centered on your breast. If size is an issue and you wish to be fuller, switching from an 870/890cc moderate saline to an 800cc high profile silicone will not achieve this for the following reasons:1. You would be going smaller in volume2. Silicone tends to look smaller than the same volume saline3. Given the width of your chest, a high profile implant will likely be too narrow. I recommend you consult with your plastic surgeon and do not rule out seeking a second opinion. Sincerely,Dr. Dadvand
