So I was born with basically no temporal point. And was wondering if it was because of the way my skulls shaped? And if that’s a factor in transplanting hair for a temporal point? For example if you look at this picture and where the arrow is pointing, it looks like this curvature outlines the temporal point. My skull however feels more rounded off. If you smoke double apple you will be fine! All jokes aside you will be fine this far out. Of course as a doctor I have to say smoking affects your microcirculation so theoretically it will affect hair but there is no proof that smokers have a higher rate of being bald. Too many factors involved...
A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt.

It looks like you had a hair line lowering procedure. In my practice I advise females that the density that can be achieved with one procedure will not satisfy them and they are going to need two procedures to achieve the density they want.
