Does spot size of the laser make a difference in how quickly a tattoo can fade?

I had a test spot done on an eyebrow tattoo. Maybe one or two mm in size. And the setting was around 7.5 on 1064 laser. Not sure if it was a yag or ruby. Would this be the right setting for the complete treatment? So far its turned it a dark greenish blue.
