Directions for Retin A usage? (Photos)

How do I use Retin A to remove wrinkles and lines? What strength should I buy? I will need it especially around my lips, mouth, neck and eyes. Is Tretinoin cream the same? I have been using this 0.1% for a couple of years but have seen no difference. Maybe I am using it wrong or not frequently enough? Does it also tighten up the saggy skin?

Hi Maggie.  If you want the fillers around the lips and eyes removed, you may want to consider hyaluronuc acid.  It's an enzyme that dissolves fillers like restylane, Juvederm and Voluma.  This may be a quicker and easier option than Pelleve.
