Can filler help reduce the appearance of dark circles in the under eyes and cheek bones? (photos)

I’m 44 and have always had dark eye circles. However they’ve begun to spread and now stretch vertically from the outer eye to my cheekbones. It can get very dark and makes me look pretty odd. Is this something filler could help with?
