"I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer."
Hi, thank you for your question! Both areas of concern are due to the lack of mid-face volume. You can address this with cheek filler, with Voluma being the product of choice. You are also a good candidate for Sculptra injections in the mid-face.
These lines reflect gravity causing the cheeks to "sag", Fillers would be the easiest way to start. But the trick is that it doesn't go into the folds. The cheeks (and cheekbones) must be lifted and that will elevate the face. The lines will appear less deep. Surgical solutions such as a face lift or thread lift can be used but I would start with a simple solution first.Good Luck ! Joyce Davis MD, NY NY

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
