Super tornado thread lift of dermal fillers?

Question

My tear trough was treated with dermal fillers 2 years ago and im satisfied with the result but now i needed it again so i went to another dermatologist for consultation she advised me to do super tornado thread lift instead of dermal fillers. She said it can adress 2 problems (my shallow tear trough and sagging cheeks) I'm so confused right now since my budget is limited, if i can only do both procedures i will to improve my look. Im 31 by the way.

Hi Sassygirl,
The tear trough results from loss of volume at the undereyes region and thus correctly placed soft dermal fillers will do . I recommend the Teosyal Redensity 2. It is a filler designed specially for tear troughs and dark undereye circles. 
If you wanted a threadlift to lift your cheeks , you will need strong barb or Cog threads. Tornado threads aren't enough to lift your cheeks or to fill up the volume loss at the tear troughs.
