It is cause by my severe acne back then.
Answer: Microneedling and scars Thank you for your question. Microneedling, especially when combined with PRP (protein rich plasma) can be very beneficial for hypertrophic scars. I recommend starting with a series of 3 treatments about a month apart and then re-assessing. I do tell my patients that scarred skin is never going to be perfect. We are looking to minimize and improve the scars, but nothing can make all of them go completely away. After three treatments, some patients are satisfied with the results and others want to see continued improvement and, therefore, schedule additional treatments.Another option would be to inject kenalog ( a mild steroid) into the scars. Usually, 3 or 4 treatments are needed, but this can be a cheaper and easier treatment than microneedling and can also provide good reduction in the scar tissue.I would recommend a consultation with a physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine.Best of luck to you.

Answer: Small hypertrophic scars or pebble fibrotic scars and treatments. This form of acne scarring is not well described in the literature. It is more common in Asian patients, and most frequently occur on the nose. It can also present on the chin area as tiny 'pebbles'. OK, to answer your question, yes it can, but I do NOT use PRP in this situation, but a anti-inflammatory injection in a drip technique. Currently doing a case series on the use of CO2 laser fractional with steroid drip and occlusion. 12 subjects, 100% improvement in all patients, will need 3-6 sessions based upon severity and race. Please see a board Certified Dermatologist or a Plastic Surgeon to treat this type of scarring- its a little more complex than normal. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
