I wouldn't use the pore strips while on accutane as it is possible they could actually harm the area.  Accutane really makes your face sensitive and this could be something that is bad if you try to use the strips.  Good luck!

Try omeprazole and if ot help discuss with your provider. What you describe MOST LIKELY (not necessarily what you have) is heartburn. Prednisone also may cause it. Best of luck in your journey!
