Thank you for your inquiry and time in submitting your photos. It's difficult to determine for sure what all your treatment options may be since it's crucial to see your skeletal anatomy from a panoramic and other xrays, but from your photographs alone there may not be another way to fully correct your bite without a surgical approach. If you obtain orthodontics without surgery or even if you get restorations done, your bite will not change and could possibly do more harm to your teeth in the future. We would recommend you to see an experienced orthodontist who has treated similar cases and you'll be able to see before and after pictures of both surgical and non-surgical approaches. We hope this helps and we wish you all the best!
We really need more information to answer your question. But, to give you some input-Ideally you should see an Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon to collect more information and x-rays and to discuss what it would take to move your jaws into a more ideal alignment. You have a prominent chin and what appears to be a tight upper lip, so trying to expand your upper arch and retract your lower arch further may give some improvement, but not the results you really want. Best of Luck!

I hope this helps and good luck!Best,Dr. Jenn
