Hi good day, my question is, is it possible to restore an absent nasal bone fragment up to the root of my nasal bone? Because one side of my nasal bone is resected due to fracture and the balance of my nasal dorsum is affected. Is it possible to spread and add a little hump on my nasal bone something like the use of spreader graft or goretex? I hope someone here can help me with my concern, thank you and godbless.
