Can V line surgery fix sharp angled jaw/chin? (Photos)

Cheerful2234
I used to have an underbite which I was able to get corrected years ago. My front jaw was move forward, but not my lower. I believe because of this might be why my jaw is still so sharp. It appears almost masculine, and my chin is also wide. Would V Line surgery be my best bet or maybe reduction genioplasty?
