What treatment can I do to fix this? I've had buccal fat and chin lipo and nothing has worked... I don't want to add volume to my face so I don't think filler will work. What other options do I have? My left side is bigger than my right side and it bothers me so much. I'm looking for a V shape.

If you like the slimmer side then you can have a mandibular angle reduction on the wider side. This is done from inside and there is no scar. The surgery is done in the office with sedation anesthesia. Some profile photos would be helpful as well.

Based on your nicely posted photos, it appears your right side of face is larger and slightly lower than the left side. To do a combination of minimally, invasive, and noninvasive options. I would recommend Endo lift, laser face lifting on right side with one stitch or sideburn facelift it may take two sessions of the end laser but at least it might give you more symmetry.
