Liposuction of neck and chin augmentation - Unhappy with results. What can be done? (photos)

I had liposuction of my neck and a chin augmentation and the results are horrible. I’m so depressed and think there is no remedy. Please help.

You have two issues that cannot be addressed with liposuction. First, you have a weak chin, small chin, and this will emphasize loose skin.  Adding a chin implant or even have jaw surgery will do much for your profile. Second, the loose skin can be treated with radiofrequency treatments like Secret or ThermiTight.
