I hate it I feel so insecure with it it makes my butt crease look weird and is a little crooked at the top.

It would be helpful if you posted a photo of what you mean by "crooked at top".  Most patients I see ask for liposuction in this region to actually create a sacral depression and dimples.  This typically makes the lower back look more aesthetic and often enhances the appearance of the upper buttock.If you have an irregular contour in this region, the best answer would be fat grafting to the area done under local anesthesia.  It is a rather simple procedure with no down time.

Sacral dimples are often desired by my female patients. As for removing them. it may require fat augmentation to break up the attachments between the skin and sacral fascia.
