How can I get rid of the scars from the boils I get on my inner butt, outside butt and my inner thighs?

These can be cut out and re sutured, which I have done, but it can be a lot of work.
Now we are doing camouflage tattoo. Matching the color of the surrounding skin and inserting this ink into the scar to make it blend in and much less visible.
