There is no way to thicken the hair on the temples. İt is your genetic code..you may try to use minoxidil for a long time but PRP, fat transfer and ACell injections will not work for you .
This is a good drug to stimulate hair growth. If new hair develops, it does become dependent upon the minoxidil so you can't stop it
