I realize I have asked this question before but here it is years later and I am still very bothered by the asymmetry of my facial structure. Is there absolutely no other recommendations but to leave it be? I hope these photos show more detail than my last photo from a few years ago. Thank you in advance.

I would also start emeragecosmetics aerify or enlighten peels with microneedilng system (see link) for your skin.
