I've been getting Botox for droopy brows, and I've noticed that before they settle into their multi-month positions, they appear to shoot even higher up the in the first week. What is that, and is there a way to keep it longterm?

Answer: Up then down? I appreciate your question. My guess is the muscles pulling the eyebrow down relaxed first after your Botox injection leading to the frontalis muscle pulling the eyebrows up! Then as the Botox took effect in the frontalis and the muscle relaxed, the eyebrows dropped. Always follow up with your injector/physician two weeks after the injection.Good luck. Dr. ALDO

Answer: Botox activity It can take a good 7-10 days for botox to work, so that during that first week or so things might move as bit funny.
