Top row of teeth slanted? How can I fix this? Ive already had braces, are there any cheap options to fix this? (photo)

Here are the steps you can take to fix this slanted smile problem: 1. Have a cosmetic surgery done by a periodontist to raise the gum line on the left side (assume the left side's gum is lower) so the left side is even with the right side at the gum line. Now the teeth will appear longer on the left side. 2. Even out (shorten the incisal edge of) the left central incisor so the two central incisors look level.  3. Cover the root surfaces of the teeth where the gum is raised on the left side with some bonding and shave down the incisal edges of the longer teeth so they look shorter and level with the right side of the mouth.  If the teeth are significantly longer and need to be shaved down a lot to the point of being sensitive, then several teeth may need laminates.
Cosmetic surgery and laminates are costly.  If you can get away with bonding on exposed root surfaces and shaping the teeth on the incisal edges to even out the smile without doing laminates, you can have significant savings.
