My teeth don't show when I talk or smile (photos), please help! What can I do? (Photo)

With minimal information the typical best course of action is being more conservative. Moving teeth with orthodontics ( possibly Invisalign if you are a candidate). Once teeth are in the proper orientation, sometimes this address the esthetics and show, or minimal bonding or veneer preparations can achieve the final results you are looking for. I would not jump to full recon, especially given your age in the photo. 

In my office, I usually do a mock up with composites over the patients' teeth to see how much bulk and length are needed to have a good smile. We take before and after photos with composites and without the composites over the teeth.  This procedure is done over the upper eight teeth starting with the central incisors.
Once the teeth are more bulked out and longer, the lips will automatically roll up to reveal a nice smile.
At that point, I will determine whether braces or laminates or crowns are appropriate for the treatment. Sometimes it is not just the positions of the teeth, but also the size, shape and color. If the teeth themselves don't look very good, moving teeth with braces or Invisalign may not be sufficient. If a lot of bulk is needed, porcelain laminates may chip.  If cost is a factor, we also provide composite laminates.
