How much fat has to be liposuctioned to inject 300cc into each breast?

When fat is injected, approximately 60% of it takes.  When fat is harvested through liposuction not everything harvested is fat.  There is some solution with it so you may need 500 cc liposucted to inject 300 cc of fat.    Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Your surgeon can examine you and see if you have enough donor fat for a transfer. If you do not, then you might want to consider implants.

Without photos or additional information, I am unable to determine if you have enough fat to harvest for 300cc transfer to each breast.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. I typically transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast.  Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant.  
Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations.
