I have been on Spiro at high doses for a long time for AGA hair loss. Looking back when I tried to slowly replace Spironolactone with Androcur, I noticed some correlations lessening the dose / with less LPP symptoms but it is difficult to say for sure as there were many other drugs and Telogen Effluvium that may have been playing a part.
